Monkey-ing Around

 We had a great time dressing up and getting candy for Halloween this year. Peyton has been obsessed with monkeys lately, and has a great monkey voice. :) Sadie was a cute butterfly, although Jeremy and Drew joked about her looking like a dead bug on the windshield.

 

 The day before Halloween our church had a Trunk-or-Treat so the Naffs came up and we headed car to car for some yummy candy. :)

It was a great time for people to meet Sadie, and me to get out of the house! I am ever so grateful for those that believed me when I told them Sadie loves Snickers... yum!

On Halloween we had a couple guys from church come trick or treating so we gave them all our reject candy :) (tootsie rolls are gross, just FYI) Afterwards Drew Peyton and I turned off all the lights in our house and played with some glow sticks. Then we decided to go to a late dinner, and Lowe's to pick up a pumpkin that is still sitting in our garage. - I wanted so badly to do some cute pictures with Sadie in them, but who has the time with a newborn and 1 year old?? Oh well, maybe I'll squeeze her in one next year. :) Peyton wore his monkey outfit to dinner, and has several times since then.. we definitely got our $5 worth out of that costume!
